Job Description
A transport company based in London are expanding their well respected and highly qualified team by offering contract work. The role they are looking to fill is a Senior SolidWorks Mechanical Engineer.Initially the contract is short term but it could be extended up to 6 months if the individual exceeds expectations in their performance. SolidWorks will be used for part modelling and assemblies where a first-class understanding, and past experience, of tolerancing is crucial. Although past experience is necessary, training in specific areas will be provided so that the individual can manage projects and assigned tasks effectively. Person Specification
Although this role requires a reasonable amount of experience, the character of the individual is just as important. Our client wants a team player who is ready to get stuck in and lead projects.We are seeking a methodical and meticulous engineer who enjoys tolerancing and mechanical projects. This may not suit individuals seeking a creative role, nor will it suit anyone looking for a purely CAD Draughstman position.
Qualifications & Experience
For this role the individual must have at least 10 years experience in SolidWorks and mechanical engineering, preferable using SPM.
Salary Package
£25-30+ Per Hour
