Job Description
Our client currently has a <1 week requirement for a skilled SolidWorks user with their own SolidWorks 2009 license, software and hardware.This opportunity is close to Reading and offers a contract engineer the possibility of working from home. The project involves the modelling of standard parts and assemblies to support the ongoing development of new product ranges.
Person Specification
SolidWorks skills supported by a profesional engineering manner would suit this role well.Creative product designers would not suit this opportunity. Individuals with no engineering knowledge would also not suit this role.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience of engineering drawing or draughting is important. Skills in SolidWorks driveworks express, design tables and other methods of supporting standard part or assembly modelling would be good.A degree or relevant experience in engineering or product design engineering would add value to the contract engineers credibility however this is not essential.
Salary Package
