 Correctly and thoroughly screening a candidate prior to submitting any CV to a client is of upmost importance to our business. Businesses looking to recruit high quality designers should not be expected to spend their day sifting through endless CV’s, as this is our job. At Solid Contracts we pre-qualify all candidates and only introduce them to our clients once we believe they truly fit the job role.
It is the belief of Solid Contracts that it’s not just about the technical ability of a candidate. We work closely with all our clients to fully understand not only what technical attributes a candidate should have, but also understand the ethos and working culture of our clients company. It is equally important to match the personality of a candidate to a company as it is to match a candidates technical attributes.
We will only submit candidate details to a client if we are 100% confident in the candidate’s credentials. This gives our client’s piece of mind that they are recruiting the best.
